This workshop/ceremony/ritual practice includes meditation, breathwork, light yoga and sound bath.
The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year… and the longest night. After which, light, warmth and renewal slowly begin to emerge.
This is a time for rest, rejuvenation and revitalization. In this workshop, we will go toward the within (through meditation) to gather embers for a new fire. We’ll fan the flames of that fire and stoke it with breath and yoga. Then, we’ll rehearse our departure with the help of a sound bath.
We invite you to turn off your mind, relax and float downstream. Even so, please remember, enlightenment is optional.
