Here we sit with and recognize those ancient parts of ourselves that are called to the surface by the last full moon of the summer. We need not fear these so called “monsters of the deep” for they come with teaching, humility, vulnerability. They only want to be held gently before they are let go.

A celebration shepparding in a dance between light and darkness. We look for balance, equanimity and renewal.

We’ll use guided meditation, breathwork, a dash of yoga and an INTERGALACTIC GONG SHOW to facilitate a deeper exploration of the self, the universe and our long and nearly forgotten history as spiritual beings having a human experience.
