The Fall Equinox Celebration:

An Intergalactic Gong Show Extravaganza

The Autumnal Equinox also known as the Fall Equinox represents balance, transition and the interplay of light and darkness. It marks the start of a new season - Autumn, or Fall, offering opportunities for renewal, reflection and conscious alignment with natural rhythms. The equinox can be seen as a time to release old patterns and embrace new possibilities. It’s also an excellent time to explore our spiritual nature and instinctual yearning for ritual and ceremony. In this workshop, we will examine ancient mysteries, the subtle body, the energetic body and altered states of consciousness. We’ll use guided meditation, breathwork, a dash of yoga and an INTERGALACTIC GONG SHOW to facilitate a deeper exploration of the self, the universe and our long and nearly forgotten history as spiritual beings having a human experience.

Consider this an invitation to step inside our Intergalactic Vibrational Vehicle (disguised as a church.) Get in, sit down, shut up, hold on and let go!
